I’m looking into receiving a cash advance for my small business from MerchantCreditAdvance, but I’m nervous that they will tell me exactly what I have to use the money for. Does anyone know if there are there limitations as to how I can use my cash advance from MerchantCreditAdvance?

This deferred variable annuity I’m being sold has a charge of 1.4% a year. This is close to most mutual funds. The variable annuity also has some funds with great returns such as 20%+.
well lets debate it more. The truth is I’m the agent and another agent is trying to get me to sell it to my client. I’ve just heard so much negative stuff about them that I’m confused. Also the websites only talk about Variable Annuities inside of IRAs (noth Roth IRAs) and one’s with 2.0% M&E. Mutual funds also have charges and yearly fees. If it’s in a Roth IRA then I’m not going to be paying taxes on the withdrawls I think??? Also my commission is only 4% not 6-8%. The only negative I see is that there’s a surrendar period for the variable annuity vs the mutual funds. Also it may be slightly a higher fee. I’m not sure of the average fee for a mutual fund.

I understand there is interest monthly with purchases and if you don’t pay it all back on the due date but I’m unsure with cash advances about when they charge you.

I sell insurance, annuities, and mortgages (we use various types of mortgages to see if we can free up money to invest elsewhere). I can sell, but am not crazy about going out and trying to find people. Is their a service or website that provides GOOD leads? Also, are these leads services even worth the money? Thanks
